Whether you’re gathering with friends and family, hosting a rehearsal dinner, or celebrating a birthday, our urban teaching farm has everything you need for an intimate, cozy celebration or a big bash!

FAQ
When can I host an event?
To ensure regular educational programming is not disrupted, events are open from March to October.
Are you ADA accessible?
Yes! We have handicap parking available, an ADA ramp to our bathroom and playhouse, and ADA accessible paths throughout the farm. The terrain at the farm is wood chips, grass and gravel.
Can we pick flowers and produce? Can we go inside the chicken coop?
This will not be allowed during event rentals unless accompanied by and given permission from a staff member.
How far in advance do we need to book?
We ask for at least 4 weeks notice before your event.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
You will be required to pay a $100 non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit upon signing your event contract. The remaining balance is due 3 weeks before the event. If you cancel at least 3 weeks before your scheduled event, the remaining balance will not be due. If you cancel after this deadline, you will not receive a refund.
Are there scholarships available?
Not yet! We hope to one day offer these. If you are interested in sponsoring a child's birthday party or another event, please contact us.
Are we responsible for cleaning up? Where do we dispose our trash?
Yes, you are responsible for cleaning up afterwards (details of what this includes will be listed in your contract). You can also add on a cleaning service to your rental, which will increase the price. We have trash, recycling, and compost disposal available on site.
